- a. Example 1:
- i. You have 300 total points (30 hours played) and used 100 points for a gift certificate and 100 points for the last Customer Appreciation tournament and have a balance of 100 points.
- ii. You will still be credited for 300 points (4000 chips) for the next Customer Appreciation tournament.
- b. Example 2:
- i. You start the month with -200 points balance, then play 10 hours of cash (10 hours)
- ii. For the Customer Appreciation tourney your balance is 100 points. You are NOT penalized for a negative balance for customer appreciation tournaments.
