  3. Participation in the WH Poker Room Player Rewards program is subject to the terms, conditions and regulations of the program. WH Poker Room reserves the right to modify, add or delete these program rules at any time with or without notice, though WH Poker Room will attempt to provide reasonable notice in all instances as appropriate.
  4. WH Poker Room retains the sole right to interpret and apply the Player Rewards program rules.
  5. Player Rewards points may not be transferred, bartered, sold or traded in any way.
  6. Any abuse of the program or failure to follow program rules may result in the termination of membership and forfeiture of all accrued Player Rewards points.
  7. Decisions of WH Poker Room‘s staff and management about any aspect of the Player Rewards program will be final.
